These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from EZI Foods. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. About us

2. Products

We sell grocery, food and beverage products.
Product images are for illustration. Packaging, branding and pack sizes may differ from the image shown.
Product names and brands shown belong to their respective manufacturers. We are a reseller and are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, those brands.
Weights, volumes and pack counts are as supplied by the manufacturer.

3. Pricing and currency

Any figures shown in another currency in our marketing or product descriptions are approximate guides only, converted at prevailing exchange rates.
If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee. Those bank charges are outside our control.
If a price is listed incorrectly we will contact you before processing the order. You may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, we cannot deliver to your area, or we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, you receive a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment is required in full at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms, timeframes and charges are set out on our Delivery Information page. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, courier delays or events outside our control.

7. Food safety and storage

Refrigerated and frozen items must be stored correctly immediately on delivery. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage after delivery.
Please check expiry dates and allergen information on the packaging before consuming. Ingredients are the manufacturer's responsibility.
If you have allergies, read the product label. We cannot guarantee any product is free from cross-contamination at the manufacturer.

9. Our liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

10. Intellectual property

The EZI Foods name, logo and website content belong to us and may not be used without written permission. Third-party brand names and images belong to their owners.
